Request Winemaking ServicesOur standard starting point is 30 kL (≈ 45 T of fruit), negotiable 1 ML+ for finished wine or 10 T for custom crush. If you’re wanting a smaller volume, let us know — special arrangements can sometimes be made.
We currently focus on aromatic whites — primarily Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris. Talk to us if you have a related style in mind.
Lead-time is ideally at least 3–4 weeks before harvest. Earlier contracts improve likelihood that tank space will be available.
Flexitank (24–26 kL) or IBC. We coordinate line bookings with your choice of certified Marlborough and Auckland bottlers or arrangements for international shipping.
Standard terms are 10 equal monthly payments starting February prior to harvest. Multi-vintage schedules can be negotiated.
